Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of fully mechanized coal mining face with big dip, broken roof, soft floor, water spraying in various situations, and alleviate the tension of mining-excavation relay. The fully mechanized mining equipment machinery installation technology of hydraulic support, d ensure smooth transport of hydraulic support, use of multi-functional manipulator makes hydraulic support for easy, accelerate the speed of installation, improve installation quality, reducing the operation personnel, reduce the labor intensity. The results showed that: mechanical installation technology allows for fully mechanized coal mining face rapid installation, improve labor efficiency, Seven hydraulic supports are installed by each class, which can improve labor efficiency.
